MJG Trading primarily provides assessment, repair, servicing and installation services. Returns and refunds therefore depend on whether the matter relates to services performed, standard goods, specially procured equipment or a defective product.

Services

Completed labour and assessment work is generally not returnable. If you believe work was not performed as agreed, contact MJG Trading promptly so the issue can be assessed and, where appropriate, remedied in accordance with applicable law.

Products and parts

Unused standard products may be eligible for return where permitted by law and supplier conditions. Items must generally be complete and in suitable condition. Special-order, programmed, cut, altered, installed or specifically procured items may not be returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Defective goods

If equipment supplied by MJG Trading appears defective, contact us promptly. The item may need to be inspected or processed under the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty. Your statutory rights under South African law are not excluded.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the method and timing will depend on the original transaction and circumstances of the return. Legitimate supplier charges or non-refundable costs may apply where legally permitted and will be communicated where relevant.
